I am looking to acquire an established company and be its hands-on, long-term owner. I am not a fund. You deal with me directly, from the first call to closing.

01 · Criteria
What I look for
- The company
- Established over many years, with people proud of their craft, loyal customers and healthy cash flow.
- Type of business
- Companies in the real economy that make, move or serve. For example: food production, manufacturing, distribution and logistics, and industrial and business services.
- Size
- EBITDA of $750,000 to $1.5 million. Larger companies when the fit is right.
- Owner and team
- An owner planning what comes next, whether stepping back soon or staying on for a while, and a team I can build on.
- Region
- Based in South Florida. I also look at companies in other parts of the United States.
02 · Working together
How I work with you
I read what you send before I call. I sign confidentiality agreements the same day. I will tell you within a week whether I am serious, and if I am not, I will tell you why. On our first call, I will walk you through how I would finance the deal.
